保母工作重點說明
提供專業保母到府一對一9小時或24小時服務，工作重點如下：
- 月子餐烹調（三餐、點心、藥膳及茶飲）
- 協助嬰兒沐浴與臍帶護理（不包括醫療行為）
- 協助補餵母乳姿勢與教導（不包括醫療行為）
- 嬰兒身體清潔、餵奶、奶瓶消毒（不包括醫療行為）
- 協助買菜（實報實銷，限上班時間採買，市場需走路可到達），亦可由家人自行採買
- 產婦的先生簡易午餐晚餐處理（先生食材需自備，保母可代為烹煮）
- 產婦洗澡水準備（大風草藥浴包或薑水）給產婦洗澡
- 簡易家事（掃地、拖地、洗衣服、倒垃圾）2天一次
- 嬰兒衣物清洗（手洗方式處理）
- 家人衣物清洗、晾曬、折疊（以洗衣機方式處理）
- 夜間照顧新生兒（限24小時服務），需提供房間供保母休息
以上工作重點提供媽咪參考，但可依寶寶實際需求調整工作內容

- Plan C: Ingredients of 9-hour-service only for pregnant woman; Ingredients of 24-hour-service for pregnant woman and nanny. It will be charged additional fee if other family members eat together.
Service Items
We provide one-on-one 9-hour/24-hour in home babysitters service. The service items includes:
- Confinement meal cooking: three meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner), snacks, medicinal cuisine and Chinese healthy tea
- Newborn bathing and umbilical care (excluding medical behavior)
- Breastfeeding posture instructions teaching (excluding medical behavior)
- Newborn breastfeeding and feeding bottle sterilization (excluding medical behavior)
- Grocery shopping for meals during working hours and reimburse by actual (within short distance from customer’s house or the ingredients can be purchased by family members)
- Maternity husband’s lunch and dinner cooking (Nanny only processes meals, all the ingredients must be prepared by customers)
- Maternal bath water preparation (bath water: herbal bath pack or ginger water)
- Simple housework once a day includes sweeping the floor, mopping the floor, washing clothes, dumping garbage
- Washing baby clothes by hand
- Do the laundry for family members by washing machine
- Take care of newborn at night (24-hour-service only which need to provide a room for the nanny)
The above service items are the references which needed to be adjusted according to the actual needs of newborn and pregnant woman.
